What is e-Connect?

e-Connect is a secured web-based service that is designed specially for our Policyholders. With a valid password, you could check your policy information from the convenience of your home or office.

e-Connect is available 24 hours, 7 days a week. You will be able to view all your policies at a click of a button.

What can I do with e-Connect?
With a valid password, you can now :-

• View and download your Life Insurance Premium Certificate(LAPC)
Check your policy details and values
Download form for transactions
View Investment Link Annual Report

How do I sign up for e-Connect?

1) Click here to sign-up as user
2) Read the terms and conditions, and click submit
3) Fill up the registration form
4) Your registration is successful only if you see a message telling you that your password will be sent to you within 7 working days.
5) Once you receive your password, you can start using e-Connect

I am an existing e-Connect user, but have forgotten my password, how do I reset my password?

1) Reset Password via Pin mailer
a. Pin mailer will be send via normal mail to your registered mailing address within 7 working days
b. Click here to Reset Password via pin mailer
2) Reset Password via Security Question
a. This option can be used to reset your forgotten password.
b. If the Security Question has not being setup, please request password via Pin Mailer. Once successfully login, system will prompt you to set the Security Question.
c. If you failed to answer the Security Question, please request password via Pin Mailer. Once successfully login, you are able to modify Security Question under 'My Profile' menu.
d. Upon successful reset password via Security Question, temporary password will be send to your registered email address. You may login with the temporary password.
e. Click here to Reset Password via Security Question
